Raytheon is seeking a Radar Integration Lead who will provide technical leadership through the hardware and software integration of a complex radar system. The Radar Integration Lead will be expected to implement the integration and test strategy, leading a multi-disciplined team at a shipyard, land-based test site, or in-plant location through integration and test activities while working to program schedule. The Radar Integration Lead will interface with the engineering and program management team, implement best practices, provide mentoring and guidance to the team, and identify lessons learned to drive improvements to the integration process and schedule.

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement day-to-day integration and test plans based on program plans.
- Lead successful technical execution of complex integration and test events.
- Interface with both Engineering and Program Leadership.
- Work with CPT lead to characterize staffing needs and develop transition plans.
- Mentor and train on-site engineers across multiple shifts.
- This role will require extended hours and may require the employee to support off-shift hours.
- Travel possibly can exceed 50% (primary location). Work will be performed at program shipyard or land based test site.
- This role can be based out of Marlborough, MA, Tewksbury, MA, Portsmouth, RI, or Moorestown NJ.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 8 years of prior engineering experience.
- Experience with integration, system radar, and/or test.
- Experience with a test facility, shipyard, and/or lab.
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience working at a remote test site.
- Experience in MATLAB.
- Experience working in an industrial environment or shipyard.
- Familiarity with UNIX and the ability to work in UNIX-based environments.
- Experience working with the US Navy customer.
- Subject Matter Expert in Systems Integration, Verification, and/or Validation
- Master's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Math, Applied Physics, or Systems Engineering
