Job Description:
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing or mentoring teams.
  • Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, including experience managing product and sprint backlogs.
  • Proven experience translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across various teams and departments.
  • Expertise in process modeling, root cause analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive insights and decision-making.
  • Experience working with enterprise-level systems and multi-module applications.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or other requirements management platforms.
  • Experience with statistical tools and data analysis is a plus.
  • CBAP, CSPO, PMP, or other relevant certifications are preferred.
Skills:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
