Job Description:

  • Applies systems engineering principles throughout the systems life cycle phases: Concept, Development, Production, Utilization, Support, and Retirement. Interacts with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts. Communicates with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives. Responsibility for the technical integrity, quality, and completeness of work performed and deliverables associated with one or more of the 25 process areas defined by ISO/IEC15288.

The Level 3 Systems Engineer shall possess the following capabilities:
  • Operational experience/demonstrated experience in data flow engineering, data processing, and National to Tactical integration/Tech SIGINT.
  • Hands-on technical experience with data flow engineering to include architecture planning and diagrams, DMR support, mapping data into standard data models, and understanding MPO processing architecture.
  • Experience with integrating tactical data into national data systems and repositories. Or, military service experience integrating and coordinating with MPO. (IE. how requirements from different levels of both MPO and service commands impact data sharing and coordination).

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Qualified Engineering Field (See Note 1) or a related discipline) from an accredited college or university.
  • Six (6) years of systems engineering experience.

Certifications Required:
  • This position requires PRIVAC. Candidate must have a current (within 7 years) poly and/or currently possess the minimum level of PRIVAC required for this role (NSYS). When submitting candidates, please confirm their poly/PRIVAC status.

Position requires active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph
