In this role, you'll support all stages of the development process, ensuring product reliability and durability while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team to achieve shared goals. • Predict future reliability trends based on data, design analyses, and stress/risk assessments.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring milestone achievement.
  • Travel (10-20%) for field trials at customer sites.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize reliability statistical techniques, including Weibull analysis, reliability growth modeling, and accelerated test methodologies.
  • Define and assess qualification requirements to mitigate reliability risks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to establish test requirements, reliability targets, and validation processes.
  • Improve reliability department standards, testing methods, and endurance fixture development.

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 3+ years of post-graduation experience.
  • Passion for testing, troubleshooting, data analysis, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and ability to work on complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.

What Sets You Apart:
  • Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering.
  • Experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and/or software issues.

Where and When You'll Work:
  • This is an in-person role located at our Greene, New York office-ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

Salary - $98,200 - $113,100 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience.

Relocation: This role may be eligible for relocation assistance.

World Class Benefits:
