job summary:

The Project Coordinator will work closely with a Project Delivery Manager to assist with project-related tasks, research, documentation, and day-to-day operations. This dynamic role involves shadowing, facilitate meetings, and supporting project delivery efforts across multiple initiatives.

responsibilities:

Responsibilities


Monitor team progress and coordinate client support efforts.


Ensure project teams adhere to timelines and deliverables.


Communicate plans, actions, risks, and issues with key stakeholders.


Follow up on project quality measures and artifacts.


Manage and build relationships with multiple teams.


Analyze project data and produce progress reports.


Assist Project Managers with administrative functions and processes.


Assist Project Managers with various tasks related to managing their portfolio.


Coordinate minor projects.


Run meetings in the absence of the Project Delivery Manager.


Assist in coordinating schedules, meetings, and project activities.


Plan meetings and organize project logistics.


Support documentation efforts, including planning materials and progress reports.


Take meeting minutes and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.




qualifications:

Preferred Skills & Qualifications


- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Health Care Administration, Business, Finance, Management, or a related field.


- Experience: 1-2 years of project coordination experience in the healthcare industry.


- Proficiency in Google Workspace (G Suite)


- Experience with ServiceNow PPM is preferred but not required.


- Knowledge of the Project Management Life Cycle (preferred).


- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.


- Ability to influence and build respectful relationships across teams.


- Strong adaptability to changing environments and timelines.


- Confidence in navigating new environments and situations.


- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage shifting priorities.


- Experience in Agile
