Data Professional - Excel and CRM Focus


We're seeking a detail-oriented data professional to join our data management team. In this role, you'll ensure intake records are accurately captured, validated, and maintained within our CRM systems. The ideal candidate is analytical, process-focused, and skilled at managing complex data workflows.



This will be a hybrid position in Minneapolis, MN. Candidates must be local to the Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN metropolitan area. Candidates must also be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship both now and in the future.



Target salary is between $40,000-55,000 depending on experience.



Key Responsibilities



  • Perform daily audits of CRM records for accuracy and completeness

  • Validate data using multi-field matching techniques

  • Define and maintain standards for field mapping, data validation, and duplicate prevention

  • Monitor and troubleshoot API-based integrations

  • Document audit processes to ensure consistency and repeatability

  • Collaborate with data teams and other staff to ensure client-ready data



Technical Skills



  • Expert-level Excel skills: advanced formulas (COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, IF/OR logic), data cleanup (TRIM/LOWER), XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and filtering large datasets

  • Experience with CRM platforms, including imports/exports and custom field configuration

  • Knowledge of field mapping and data migration into CRM environments

  • Familiarity with API integrations and workflow troubleshooting

  • Ability to work closely with professional services teams to align intake and CRM data



Qualifications



  • Background in CRM administration, data operations, or data quality management-preferably in professional services environments

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred (not required)

  • Proven success in maintaining CRM data accuracy is essential
