Job Title: eFXCore FX Application Support Specialist
Location: New York City, NY (Hybrid)
Exp : 10+ years
Required Skills
- Experience:
- Proven experience in supporting electronic execution and/or algorithmic trading systems.
- Front Office support experience with strong eFX and core FX knowledge.
- Level 2 (L2) application support expertise in a trading environment.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments.
- Strong SQL skills for database querying and management.
- Familiarity with Windows systems.
- Functional Skills:
- Static data management (counterparties, currencies, etc.).
- Incident and release management, including autonomous handling of releases.
- Experience writing test scripts and supporting project delivery.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and customer relationship management skills (internal/external stakeholders).
- Ability to collaborate with FO, MO/Risk, BO, developers, and third-party vendors.
- Project management capabilities, including building project plans and tracking resources.
