Job Title: CPQ Product Manager (Salesforce Revenue Cloud CPQ/Billing)

Location: 100% Remote role

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

**Experience: 8+ years with Salesforce CPQ, Billing, and QTC

Overview

We are looking for a Salesforce CPQ Product Manager with deep hands-on knowledge of CPQ, Billing, and full Quote-to-Cash processes.

This is not a TPM or delivery PM role, it requires functional and technical depth in Revenue Cloud and strong ownership of CPQ/Billing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Product Ownership

Own the CPQ product roadmap, enhancements, and prioritization.

Gather requirements from Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Deal Desk.

Translate business needs into scalable CPQ/Billing solutions.

CPQ Functional Expertise

Define and optimize product catalog, bundles, pricing rules, product rules, and guided selling.

Review and design quoting flows and approval logic.

Support integration needs across CRM, Billing, and ERP.

Billing & QTC Processes

Own Billing workflows: invoicing, amendments, renewals, proration.

Ensure accuracy of order generation and downstream processes.

Support revenue and finance teams with QTC process improvements.

User Stories & UAT

Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.

Collaborate with engineering teams during sprints.

Lead UAT and validate new functionality.

Operational Support

Provide expert-level support for quoting and billing issues.

Create documentation and assist in user training.

Required Experience

Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ and Billing.

Deep understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.

Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or CPQ Functional Lead.

Ability to define CPQ rules, pricing logic, and quoting workflows.

Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with Revenue Cloud implementations.

Familiarity with ERP integrations (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP).

Knowledge of ASC 606 and subscription models.

Certifications:

Salesforce CPQ Specialist

Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Revenue Cloud Consultant

PMP, SAFe PO/PM helpful but not required
