Job Description

We are seeking an Oracle Cloud SCM Principal Consultant with overall expertise in Inventory, PIM, Costing and Procurement as implementation Lead and overall Solution Architect. The position will primarily be responsible for providing solutions on the Oracle Cloud SCM product based on customer's requirements. The selected candidate should be able to Interact with business SME to understand and analyze various processes. Derive automation opportunities and make recommendations from the Discover product discussions Drive the overall implementation program end to end by coordinating with various cross functional consultants ensuring smooth delivery as per mutually agreed timelines.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4 years of Information Technology experience
  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX or be willing to relocate to the area.
  • Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree
  • 8+ years of experience designing, implementing and supporting Oracle SCM Cloud applications.
  • Prior experience in Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Implementation as lead SME / solution Architect
  • Hands on expertise in various Supply Chain Cloud Suite Modules (Inventory, Costing, PIM, Procurement) with mandatory hands-on experience in Inventory, Costing
  • Should have a good understanding of P2P cycle
  • As solution architect, should be able to tie up the solution across the modules
  • Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
  • Ability to steer and guide the SCM track team members (functional and technical) across modules in terms of approach towards solutions, configurations etc.
  • Should be able to work with Program manager and plan and schedule the various workshops starting with As Is study and requirement gathering and validation and CRP sessions
  • Willingness to engage with different team members working across the globe
  • Customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes.
  • At least 5 years of experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation and mapping business process.
  • At least 5 years of experience in development/ configuration/ solutions evaluation/ validation and deployment.
  • Experience managing team size of 4-5 would be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
