Job Description: Senior MuleSoft Developer

Position Title: Senior MuleSoft Developer
Employment Type: Contract (6 months)
Location: Remote
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior MuleSoft Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract position. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing API integrations using the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, and architects to deliver scalable, high-performance integration solutions.

 Design, develop, unit testing and defect fixing. Support QA, system integration and user acceptance testing. Post-production support. Perform any documentation necessary (Operation Readiness and Operation Recovery documents). Provide KT sessions.

Preferred requirements for the role:

- MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect or Platform Architect credentials
- Integration experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or Workday via MuleSoft
- Broader cloud and platform exposure (e.g., Salesforce, Workday, AWS)

  • Years of experience should the resource have: 3+ years of hands-on MuleSoft development, 5+ years of professional development

 

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in MuleSoft development.
    • Strong expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Studio, API Manager, and related components.
    • Proficiency in designing RESTful and SOAP APIs.
    • Experience with DataWeave for transformations and MuleSoft connectors (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Database).
    • Solid understanding of RAML and OpenAPI specifications.
  • Integration Knowledge:
    • Strong experience with enterprise integration patterns, SOA, and microservices architecture.
    • Hands-on experience integrating with various data sources, including databases, third-party APIs, and on-premise/cloud systems.
  • DevOps & Tools:
    • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Maven, and Git.
    • Experience deploying Mule applications on CloudHub.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect certifications.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS and/or Azure.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
