ServiceNow Technical Business Analyst
Required Skills:
  1. 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Bonus if with ServiceNow.
  2. Proven ability to gather requirements and create user stories
  3. Active Interim Secret or fully adjudicated Secret clearance.

Role Overview: Seeking a advanced-level Technical Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementations for a major
DoD IT modernization initiative. This role involves strategy, requirements
gathering, process design, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced,
mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead requirements gathering and translate into actionable user stories.
  • Design and develop ServiceNow workflows and process flows.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive briefings.
  • Participate in discovery sessions and solution design.
  • Provide documentation and support for customer acceptance and UAT.
  • Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Advanced-level experience with as a business analyst
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and process documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • ServiceNow, especially TSOM, OMT, and Asset Management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL and modern development practices.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile toolsets.

Additional Notes:
  • Must be professional and capable of working on an active military base.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00/hr.
