Required Skills:
- 5+ years of Business Analyst experience. Bonus if with ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to gather requirements and create user stories
- Active Interim Secret or fully adjudicated Secret clearance.
Role Overview: Seeking a advanced-level Technical Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow implementations for a major
DoD IT modernization initiative. This role involves strategy, requirements
gathering, process design, and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced,
mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering and translate into actionable user stories.
- Design and develop ServiceNow workflows and process flows.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications and executive briefings.
- Participate in discovery sessions and solution design.
- Provide documentation and support for customer acceptance and UAT.
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Basic Qualifications:
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Advanced-level experience with as a business analyst
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and process documentation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
- ServiceNow, especially TSOM, OMT, and Asset Management.
- Familiarity with ITIL and modern development practices.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile toolsets.
Additional Notes:
- Must be professional and capable of working on an active military base.
