RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Angular UI Developer.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the modernization of a legacy Angular application (pre-Angular 9.x) to the latest Angular version, leveraging standalone components, signals, and functional services
* Refactor and redesign UI components to align with modern Angular best practices and modular front-end architecture
* Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement pixel-perfect, accessible, and responsive interfaces across browsers and devices
* Build and maintain reusable Angular components, directives, and services with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
* Optimize front-end performance using RxJS, lazy loading, change detection strategies, and state management patterns
* Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and contribute to continuous improvement
* Ensure high code quality through unit testing (Karma/Jasmine), integration testing, and peer code reviews
* Stay up to date with Angular releases and ecosystem tools to guide UI development decisions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience upgrading Angular applications from pre-9.x to modern versions
* Deep understanding of Angular CLI, TypeScript, RxJS, SCSS/CSS, and component-driven development
* Strong grasp of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and cross-browser compatibility
* Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerized environments
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional team environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
This job is not eligible for bonuses, incentives or commissions.
