Description
Our Client is embarking on a full-scale Oracle Fusion implementation, transitioning from JD Edwards. They are seeking a seasoned Techno-Functional Consultant to support the HCM stream. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of a multi-year transformation initiative and help shape the future of enterprise systems.
- Support Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Benefits, Payroll, Talent
- Collaborate with implementation partner and internal SMEs to ensure accurate configuration and business alignment
- Assist with UAT testing, requirements gathering, and functional documentation
- Develop reports and dashboards using OTBI and BI Publisher
- Provide continuity and support through go-live and post-implementation phases
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, this includes requirements gathering and design to configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Provide functional and technical expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and HR Analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications
- Assist Payroll and Benefits teams with payroll runs and benefit enrollment windows and provide ongoing support
- Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end-users
- Prepare test cases and scripts. Lead and guide teams in quarterly release testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption
- Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests
- Be able to translate client requirements into optimal solutions
- Conduct workshops and create functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations
- Prepare reports and documentation related to user testing, IT plans, projects
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $72.00/hr.
