Job Description

Experience:

• 12 to 17 years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in OpenText Content Suite Platform and related components.
• Strong hands-on expertise in deployment, administration, troubleshooting, and upgrades/migrations.
• Experience working in the Life Sciences domain and good understanding of validation processes.

Project Leadership:

• Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and according to required quality standards.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and acting as the primary point of contact for the consulting team.

Solution Delivery:

• Identify client requirements, design solutions, and oversee their successful implementation.

Team Management:

• Guide and mentor junior consultants, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure team members remain on track.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong technical knowledge of OpenText Content Suite Platform and related components, including Content Server, Archive Server, xECM, and system integrations.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
