Job Description :-

The AirCover Tech team needs support for the Guardrails for Hosts initiative. This critical project comprises a series of improvements to the AirCover for Hosts intake experience, which aims to enhance the quality of reimbursement requests, expedite processing times, and improve the overall guest experience.

Qualifications:

* 3+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning, MS/PhD in relevant fields is preferred.

* Deep understanding of Machine Learning best practices and end to end deployment. (eg. foundation pipeline, feature generation, feature engineering, model training/evaluation, A/B testing, model deployment and model serving, service integration), algorithms (eg. gradient boosted trees, neural networks/deep learning, optimization) and domains (eg. natural language processing, CV, personalization and recommendation).

* Strong fluency in Python and SQL with experience with the following: Tensorflow, PyTorch, AWS, Spark, Airflow (or equivalent), Kafka (or equivalent), MLFlow

* Hands-on experience with large language models ((e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Falcon etc) and experience orchestrating LLMs (prompt tuning, RAG, Finetuning, summarization etc.) in production use cases is a bonus

* Industry experience building and deploying ML models at scale, including real-time or batch prediction pipelines, evaluation and monitoring/alerting.

* Exposure to large-scale architecture patterns: well-designed APIs, high-throughput data pipelines, distributed training, and scaling best practices.

* Flexibility for time zone and locations
