Looking for a Microsoft Dynamics Consultant to join our Professional Services team. You ll design and implement scalable Dynamics CRM solutions, guide clients through requirements and configuration, and deliver high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
What You ll Do:
- Lead solution design and small/midsize project implementations
- Gather requirements, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions
- Perform impact analysis for scope changes and refine project plans
What We re Looking For:
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM (CE preferred)
- Hands-on solution design, configuration, and implementation experience
- Strong communication skills with technical and business teams
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Certifications a plus
- U.S. Citizenship required
