Eligibility Requirement: This position may require access to controlled data or information. Only U.S. Persons (citizens or lawful permanent residents) will be considered. As a U.S. Department of Defense contractor, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) is required.
Job Overview:
- Design and configure business processes and systems, including testing, specifications, and end-user training.
- Collaborate in the design of high-quality application architectures aligned with organizational business requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, action plans, and other solution artifacts as needed.
- Develop, train, and support a knowledgeable user and super-user community.
- Analyze complex business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Anticipate and address key business issues by developing and implementing strategic recommendations and solutions.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to drive adoption and support successful project execution.
- Partner with business users and IT colleagues to design system solutions and interfaces aligned with business goals.
- Work with cross-functional teams and end users across multiple sites to gather requirements, map data, conduct testing and verification, provide training, and communicate project updates.
- Support project planning, execution, and training efforts for new application implementations and system upgrades.
- Provide occasional after-hours and weekend support for critical Sev1 issues and scheduled activities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 11i or R12 in an application support or consulting role.
- Experience with full-cycle Oracle EBS implementations or major upgrades.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of software maintenance lifecycles.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle and other enterprise-class applications.
- Solid grasp of IT business systems and enterprise needs.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient in the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Expert in configuring and integrating multiple Oracle EBS modules.
- Demonstrated success in meeting business development targets and delivering thought leadership.
- Proven leadership and consulting skills, particularly with functional leaders and IT product stakeholders.
- Proficient in IT Strategic Planning, Enterprise Architecture, and IT Governance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including presentations and interpersonal interactions.
- Effective time management and organization skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
