About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning / AI Developer to design and implement AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with modern AI orchestration tools and frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and orchestrate intelligent agents using tools like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent frameworks.

  • Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models leveraging transformer-based architectures.

  • Implement and optimize LLM and RAG pipelines for scalable enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain AI-driven solutions.

  • Utilize Azure AI or Google Cloud Platform AI services for model deployment, monitoring, and scaling.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development.

  • Strong programming expertise in Python with exposure to frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.

  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI orchestration tools.

  • Familiarity with RAG pipelines, DataOps/MLOps, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).

  • Experience in deploying and managing AI solutions on Azure or Google Cloud Platform platforms.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Exposure to LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar agentic frameworks.

  • Experience integrating AI with SAP or enterprise-grade systems.

  • Background in Google s AI Platform or Azure Cognitive Services.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be available to work during EST business hours.

  • Must provide 1 permanent manager reference (name, title, and work contact details).

  • Must have an active LinkedIn profile.
