RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Deployment Technician in Juno Beach, FL.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Seamless User Interaction and Deployment Coordination:
* Excel in direct user engagement and coordination to ensure smooth deployment of replacement devices, addressing user needs and concerns promptly and effectively

Device Preparation:
Imaging & Configuration (where applicable):
* Prepare replacement devices through imaging and configuration processes, ensuring they are tailored to meet user requirements and organizational standards

Comprehensive Asset Management and Recordkeeping:
* Maintain accurate asset records and documentation throughout the computer replacement process, ensuring proper assignment and tracking of devices

Retrieval of Old Devices for Recycling:
* Facilitate the retrieval and responsible recycling of old devices, adhering to environmental regulations and organizational policies for sustainable asset disposal

Adherence to ServiceNow Ticket Management Standards:
* Consistently utilize proper ServiceNow ticketing practices to document, track, and manage all aspects of the computer replacement project, ensuring transparency and accountability in service delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
* To be considered for this position, candidates must have experience in a similar role, or they must possess significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
* Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
