Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with expertise across SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Finance (FI), and Materials Management (MM) modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP solutions, ensuring seamless integration between business processes and SAP functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across SD, LE, FI, and MM processes.
• Must have Korean Speaking Skill
• Configure and customize SAP solutions to meet business needs.
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP implementation, rollouts, and upgrades.
• Design and manage integration points between SD, LE, FI, and MM.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to provide process improvements and automation.
• Prepare functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Support data migration, UAT, training, and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with ABAP, BASIS, and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure SAP best practices are followed in all processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SD and MM; good working knowledge of LE and FI integration.
• Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Logistics Execution, and Financial postings.
• Hands-on experience in pricing, billing, shipping, transportation, warehouse, and inventory processes.
• Experience with integration between FI and MM/SD (e.g., account determination, tax, GR/IR).
• Knowledge of E2E business process flows in manufacturing/retail/distribution industries.
• Experience with at least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
