Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Functional Consultant

Currently, we are searching for an Oracle C2M (Customer to Meter) AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) Functional Consultant to join our team in a 100% remote capacity.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in C2M requirements gathering sessions focused on Remote Connect/Disconnect, AMI events and alarms, VEE optimization, and AMI billing processes.
• Provide C2M functional expertise to design, configure, and optimize processes related to AMI integrations and operations.
• Configure and validate C2M components supporting remote command execution, event and alarm management, VEE rules, and AMI billing.
• Develop functional designs, configuration documentation, and support technical development activities.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure successful implementation of AMI-related enhancements.
• Support system testing, issue resolution, and deployment activities.
• Provide post go-live support and stabilization assistance for implemented changes.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or supporting Oracle Utilities solutions (C2M, MDM, or CC&B).
• Strong understanding of AMI integrations, VEE configuration, and C2M billing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Regular and predictable attendance
