Join our dynamic team as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the excellence of our hardware devices through meticulous testing and collaboration with software teams. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams to develop comprehensive test plans and cases.
  • Execute real-world scenario testing on devices and enhance test scripts in partnership with the software team.
  • Report and analyze testing results, advocating for quality throughout the development process.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs from discovery to resolution.
  • Provide technical support during setup and live sessions, ensuring system integrity and metrics reporting.
  • Apply your knowledge of wireless and networking technologies to meet device requirements.

Skills

  • Strong troubleshooting skills with proven experience in setting up and testing prototype devices.
  • Proficiency in coding and scripting, particularly in Python.
  • Experience with Ubuntu and testing Android-based devices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Jenkins build environment and networking technologies such as Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
  • Experience in user trials, beta testing, or field testing.
  • Background in a Consumer Electronics lab or field environment.
