Job Description:
  • The Sr. Program Manager coordinates and manages complex programs, supports internal clients, oversees implementation activities, and ensures successful delivery of program objectives.
  • The role includes managing schedules, identifying customer needs, providing training, and maintaining effective communication across teams.
Requirement/Must Have:
  • Ability to perform all essential duties satisfactorily.
  • Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to train and mentor others.
Experience:
  • 10 years of experience in program operations roles with at least 3 years in a program management capacity.
  • In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and enhance complex programs.
  • Guides internal clients through key decisions and coordinates activities across teams.
  • Manages and updates project schedules, issue logs, action items, risks, installation checklists, and shipping registers.
  • Identifies and communicates new customer needs to the technology team.
  • Manages all aspects of implementation including equipment ordering, installation oversight, account creation support, communication management, and inventory reconciliation.
  • Ensures deliverables are completed according to the implementation schedule.
  • Conducts training for customers.
Should Have:
  • Ability to mentor and train others at an advanced level.
Skills:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proficiency in project planning and life cycle development.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Management or a related field.
  • Master s degree preferred.
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred.
