Senior AI/ML/Generative AI/Agentic AI Architect

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML/Generative AI/Agentic AI Architect to join our Center for Analytics and Insights (CAI) team. As a key member of our team, you will drive AI technology strategy and implementation, leveraging cutting-edge techniques in artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value for our clients.

Core Responsibilities:

  1. Drive AI Technology Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute a comprehensive AI technology strategy that aligns with business objectives, leveraging expertise in machine learning, generative AI, and agentic AI.
  2. Architect and Design AI Solutions: Design and architect scalable, efficient, and effective AI solutions that meet business requirements, using technologies such as deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
  3. Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data science, engineering, and business stakeholders, to deliver AI-powered solutions that drive business value.
  4. Stay Current with Emerging AI Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and related technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our AI solutions.
  5. Mentor and Guide Junior Team Members: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping to develop their skills and expertise in AI and machine learning.

Requirements:

  1. Advanced Degree in Computer Science or Related Field: Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
  2. 10+ Years of Experience in AI/ML: Proven experience in developing and implementing AI and machine learning solutions, with a strong track record of delivering business value.
  3. Expertise in AI/ML Technologies: In-depth knowledge of AI and machine learning technologies, including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision, and generative AI.
  4. Strong Technical Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  5. Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and other cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

  1. Experience with Agentic AI: Experience with agentic AI, including the development of autonomous agents and multi-agent systems.
  2. Familiarity with Cloud-Based AI Platforms: Familiarity with cloud-based AI platforms, such as Google Cloud AI Platform, Amazon SageMaker, or Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
  3. Certifications in AI/ML: Certifications in AI and machine learning, such as the Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
