About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Product Analyst with over 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Jersey City. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing product performance, gathering business requirements, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements. Experience in the insurance domain is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the product lifecycle.
Develop and maintain product dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track product performance.
Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
Support product roadmap planning by providing actionable insights and market research.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate product enhancements.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on customer feedback and data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
6+ years of experience as a Product Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
Solid understanding of product management lifecycle and agile methodologies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Experience in the insurance domain is preferred but not mandatory.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with insurance products, underwriting, claims, or policy administration.
Experience working in hybrid or onsite environments.
