Contract Duration: 12-months
Worksite Location: Remote
Compensation: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour

What you ll do as the Product Manager:

  • Manage day-to-day software delivery in collaboration with a global product triad
  • Translate high-level product features into clear, actionable user stories for engineering and UX teams
  • Lead and participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and demos
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with product goals and timely delivery of key features
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to execute integration needs and drive technical collaboration
  • Support global user sessions and feedback loops to understand product usage and identify areas for improvement
  • Work under the guidance of the Principal Product Manager to ensure product stability, strategic alignment, and ongoing value delivery


What you ll bring to the Product Manager role:

  • Strong ability to understand and translate technical needs into clear product requirements
  • Experience as a certified Scrum Product Owner in a complex, cross-functional agile environment
  • Proficient in agile methodologies and ceremonies, with a hands-on approach to iterative development
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a bias for action and effective communication
  • Ability to work across time zones with global teams, including flexibility for early morning or evening meetings
  • Technical fluency and comfort communicating with front-end and back-end engineers on APIs, system integrations, and platform functionality
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about continuous learning and improvement
