Job Details

Responsible for the end-to-end management of Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation, including configuration, support, maintenance, and reporting. This role ensures accurate and compliant commission processing through collaboration with Finance, HR, Sales Operations, Payroll, and IT.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional:

  • Configure compensation plans, rate tables, quotas, and performance measures.

  • Manage crediting rules and oversee calculation cycles from transaction processing to disbursement.

  • Handle adjustments, overrides, and dispute resolution.

  • Support annual planning and ensure audit readiness through detailed reporting.

  • Coordinate with Payroll and Finance for timely and accurate commission payouts.

  • Provide user support and communication regarding statements, policies, and updates.


Technical:

  • Manage FBDI/ADFDI uploads and troubleshoot transaction load and calculation issues.

  • Support integrations across ERP, HCM, CRM, and middleware platforms (e.g., OIC/ODI).

  • Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.

  • Conduct system monitoring, patch testing, and regression validation.

  • Maintain documentation (SOPs, runbooks) and manage Oracle SRs for issue resolution.


Qualifications:

  • Strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Incentive Compensation.

  • Experience in compensation plan design and administration.

  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI/ADFDI, and integration tools.

  • Familiarity with ERP Financials, HCM Payroll, CRM Sales Cloud, and SOX compliance.

  • Strong analytical and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
