Job Description:
Seeking a mid-level GIS Analyst with strong help desk experience to support the GIS Unit. The role includes troubleshooting, customer support, ticket documentation (ServiceNow), and GIS analysis using ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Online. Familiarity with linear referencing and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years of experience with ArcGIS Pro & ArcGIS Online
- 2+ years of customer service and verbal communication experience
- 1+ year with ticketing systems like ServiceNow
- Strong troubleshooting and GIS analysis skills
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $49.00-$53.00 per hour.
