a rapidly growing Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) company, is seeking a Senior Front-End Developer to spearhead the improvement of our internal operating systems for business stakeholders. As a key member of our Technology Development team, you will play a crucial role in building industry-leading technology solutions leveraging Vue.js. If you're passionate about creating sleek, user-friendly interfaces and have a knack for solving complex problems, we want to hear from you!



Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality full-stack web applications using Vue.js and .NET Core web API.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize application and API for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Implement backend functionalities and business logic to support the business processes. Ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Work independently and within a team on special nonrecurring and ongoing projects.
  • Abide by all obligations under HIPAA related to Protected Health Information (PHI).

Skills and Experience Required:



Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack development.
  • Proven experience with Vue.js and its core principles.
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end with back-end services.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm).
  • Strong understanding of version control systems, specifically Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • .NET Core and Entity Framework, C#, and Visual Studio
  • SQL Server stored procedures, functions, and general administration
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Flow charts such as Lucid Charts
  • Understanding and some experience in Figma
  • Ability to work with external APIs to utilize for internal business processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to troubleshoot problems in unknown situations and provide effective
  • feedback on a path forward.
  • Ability to work independently and make logical business decisions given general guidance.
  • Ability to consolidate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional working groups.

Desired:

  • Knowledge of server-side rendering and its benefits.
  • Familiarity with TypeScript.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of prescription claim electronic data interchange along with the overall reimbursement cycle for pharmacies.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy management, especially around adjudication, formularies, and pricing is a significant plus
