Role Overview

We are seeking 10 experienced Java Full Stack Developers with strong expertise in AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Kafka to join our high-performance engineering team in Wilmington, DE. This is a day-one onsite role requiring seasoned professionals who can drive end-to-end software design, development, and deployment for large-scale enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver secure, high-quality, production-ready code for enterprise-grade applications.

• Build scalable microservices using Java, Spring, REST APIs, and Kafka messaging.

• Leverage AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda, etc.) to design and manage cloud-native applications.

• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve efficiency and code quality.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to maintain operational stability.

• Apply system design, domain-driven design (DDD), and architectural best practices for performance, scalability, and resiliency.

• Identify automation opportunities and integrate application resiliency and security across the SDLC.

• Contribute to engineering excellence initiatives and technical communities of practice.

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of full-stack Java development in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Strong hands-on expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Kafka.

• Proven experience with AWS services (ECS, EKS, Lambda).

• Deep understanding of microservices, system design, and scalable architectures.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps practices, and cloud-native development.

• Experience in large enterprise environments with modern programming and database querying languages.

• Solid grasp of application resiliency, security, and disaster recovery design.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks.

• Familiarity with Copilot, Codeium, or AI-powered coding tools.

• Exposure to cloud-native practices, AI/ML integrations, or advanced DevSecOps.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across large, distributed teams.
