Description
Provide first-level technical support for end-users, resolving issues related to Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 11, Office 365, and other software applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware issues, including printer support and Dell laptops.
Manage and respond to service requests and incidents using a ticketing system (ServiceNow or equivalent).
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop systems and peripherals.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and work performed in the ticketing system.
Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure timely resolution of technical problems.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a desktop support role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
