Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client seeking a PeopleSoft/Workday Developer in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities:
* Customize PeopleSoft components: PeopleCode, Application Engine, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, BI Publisher
* The PeopleSoft/Workday Developer will build and manage integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Web Services/APIs
* Troubleshoot system issues related to payroll/time calculation and absence management
* Create reports via PeopleSoft Query, PS/SQL, Workday Report Writer, and Prism Analytics
* Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, tax reporting, overtime, payroll deductions, etc.
* Handle system testing: parallel payroll, T&L validations, integration, and UAT
* The PeopleSoft/Workday Developer will support transitioning from PeopleSoft to Workday Payroll & Time Tracking
* Stay updated on systems, tax changes, and regulatory compliance

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
* Certifications: PeopleSoft HCM, Workday HCM/Payroll/Time Tracking preferred
* 5+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM (Payroll & Time & Labor focus)
* 3+ years of experience in Workday HCM (Payroll & Absence Management)
* Technical Skills: SQL, XML, XSLT, JSON, REST/SOAP; PeopleSoft and Workday security, calculated fields, integration, reporting
* Tools: Office Suite, Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Workday Extend, Prism Analytics, payroll year end processing
* Soft skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, detail orientation, team collaboration
* Able to design, develop, implement, and support HCM solutions in both PeopleSoft and Workday environments
* Focus on Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management modules

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
