Compensation: $22.00 - 25.00/hr

IT Support Technician (Apple Enterprise Experience Required)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Support Technician with strong Apple enterprise environment experience to join our dynamic technical support team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in supporting mixed OS environments including Apple and Windows, and have working knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, and Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and systems issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
- Install and configure computers, software, peripherals, and mobile devices (Apple and Windows environments).
- Support and maintain technologies such as body-worn cameras, video redaction software, CCTV, CEWs, in-car and interview room video systems, and proprietary hardware/software.
- Provide end-user training and develop documentation and guides as needed.
- Maintain IT inventory and equipment tracking; assist with deployment and decommissioning of assets.
- Support user account management in Active Directory, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues.
- Support and manage wireless devices including smartphone configuration and service management.
- Assist in system changes, implementation tracking, and documentation updates.
- Be available for after-hours support rotations and emergency events (e.g., hurricanes, law enforcement operations).
- Apple enterprise experience is required.
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of progressively responsible technical support experience.
- Proficiency in Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Office 365, and Windows 10/11 OS.
- Solid troubleshooting experience with both Apple macOS and Windows operating systems.
- Familiarity with hardware repair, system upgrades, and network support.
- Experience supporting users in public sector or law enforcement preferred.
- CompTIA A+, Network+
- Microsoft MTA, MCSA: Windows 10
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- Must be available to work onsite on a rotating shift schedule.
- Will be required to participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency/disaster events.
