Description: Our client is currently seeking a Application Developer
Primary Responsibilities
- Serve on the A&F IT/OSD technical team for database and application design and development using:
- .NET Core
- C#
- MVC
- JSON
- jQuery
- Enhance the CUG (Contract User Guide) and SWC (Statewide Contract) index application
- Validate data from multiple sources for completeness, accuracy, and consistency
- Identify and document data issues and collaborate with business stakeholders to resolve them
- Test applications to ensure compliance with accessibility requirements
- Document end-to-end processes and data flows
- Follow established business, technical, and project policies aligned with EOTSS principles, including:
- Best practices
- Meeting management
- Project plans, status reports, dashboards
- Risk and issue tracking
- Change requests
- Resource management
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years' experience with:
- ASP.NET
- .NET Core
- C#
- MVC
- JSON
- jQuery
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Microsoft SQL Server
- Expert programming and troubleshooting skills
- Expert performance tuning and dynamic SQL skills
- Ability to jump into existing code to solve problems
- Experience with unit testing, release procedures, coding design, and documentation protocols
- Strong communication skills with technical and business resources
