Required skills and qualifications
- 10 or more years of experience with technical implementations
- Advanced experience with Salesforce configurations in area of Roles, Profiles and Permission sets
- Background in CRM process design and implementation
- Experience with enterprise integration tools and ETL (extract, transform, load) tools
- Strong presentation and communication skills
Preferred skills and qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent
- Experience with CRM software Salesforce
- Experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Experience with system integrations
- Experience with Einstein and AgentForce
- Experience with Territory Management
- Experience with Platform events
