They are seeking an Mechanical Engineer who will be responsible for direction, initiates, plans, designs, and oversees major equipment modernization projects to meet customer requirements.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts, calculations, layouts, schematics, and detailed drawings; generate bills of material.
Review sales orders and specifications to ensure compliance; participate in order launch meetings.
Prepare required documentation (e.g., releases, approvals, certified prints, EQST/assembly lists) per ISO procedures.
Update machine manuals per engineering modifications.
Collaborate with plant and field reps to resolve design issues; occasional travel required.
Partner with Electrical Engineers on system designs and operations.
Coordinate with internal departments to support aftermarket solutions, part classification, and design updates.
Stay current on CAD technologies; provide training and support as needed.
Complete special projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
5+ years of relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software and Microsoft Office.
Strong foundation in mechanical design, stress and drive calculations, pneumatics/hydraulics, welding practices, and BOM structures.
Experience working in a revision-controlled environment.
Effective team player with strong technical and interpersonal skills.
