Job Details

Role: Business Analyst Salesforce Service Cloud (CTI/IVR)

Location: Remote

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with recent experience in Salesforce Service Cloud implementations.
  • Hands-on experience with CTI and IVR systems integrated with Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and service workflows in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical domain.
  • Proven ability to write user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP, HIPAA) affecting pharmaceutical systems.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in Agile and cross-functional teams.
