Job Details

Job Description:
Responsible for leading all phases of the MAS upgrade project, including planning, scheduling, risk/issue tracking, and client communication.
Acts as the single point of contact for the city and ensures successful milestone-based delivery.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and communication strategies
Conduct status meetings, prepare monthly reports, and support milestone billing
Coordinate with functional and technical resources to ensure timely delivery
Support go-live, cutover rehearsal, and hypercare transition
8+ years of IT project management experience, with 3+ in Maximo or ERP environments
Required Skills:
PMP or equivalent certification
Experience managing government or public sector IT implementations
Familiarity with IBM MAS 9.x upgrade projects
Strong stakeholder management and MS Teams/SharePoint proficiency
Budget and milestone management experience
