Job Title: ServiceNow System Administrator
Duration: 12+ Months (Possible Extension)

***Fed Ramp instances required additional government clearances to include Public Sector, Department of Justice, and others. Must be able to pass background checks.
Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- Additional certifications such as ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) are advantageous.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, and other relevant scripting languages.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with web services, APIs, REST/SOAP.
- 2-5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
- Ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, management, and end-users.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and their integration with ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform.
- Manage system configurations, including user setup, roles, and access permissions.
- Develop and implement custom applications and workflows.
- Customize forms, lists, and dashboards based on user requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor system performance and take corrective actions as needed.
- Implement and manage integrations with other systems using web services, APIs, REST/SOAP.
- Ensure seamless data flow between ServiceNow and external systems.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and patches.
- Test new functionalities and ensure smooth transitions during upgrades.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including user guides and technical documentation.
- Ensure the platform complies with security and regulatory standards.
- Implement security measures and manage access controls.
