Job Details

Resolve Tech Solutions is actively hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) for a W2 contract role supporting a utility industry client in Arkansas.

Location Preference:
Must be local to Fort Smith, Little Rock, NW Arkansas, or Fayetteville.

Key Details:

  • Start Date: Sept 8, 2025

  • Employment Type: W2 Contract

  • Work Model: Hybrid (1 week in-person + remote)

  • Equipment Provided

  • Training Period:

  • Duration: 6 weeks (Sept 8 Oct 27)

  • 1st week: In-person at Fort Smith Office

  • Next 5 weeks: Remote

Role Requirements:

  • Prior customer service experience (call center, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.)

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-starter capable of working in a structured remote environment

  • Bilingual (Spanish) a plus but not mandatory

Expectations:

  • Commitment to the full 6-week training (only 1 absence allowed)

  • Must be able to work M F between 7 AM and 7 PM (shifts allocated post training)

  • Minimum 3-month commitment required before full-time conversion consideration
