Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deploy a secure Hub-and-Spoke Landing Zone topology that meets FedRAMP High requirements, utilizing Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Lead the technical execution of the "Wave" migration strategy, managing parallel tracks for rapid Windows/Linux rehosting and complex AIX/Solaris refactoring.
- Develop strategies for migrating legacy Power workloads (AIX/Solaris), determining the optimal path between Emulation (e.g., Skytap) and Refactoring to Linux.
- Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) to automate security gates (SAST/DAST) and continuous compliance reporting.
- Act as the primary technical liaison with Government application owners, guiding them through the "Shared Responsibility Model" and ensuring zero-downtime cutovers.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Legacy-to-Cloud migrations, specifically involving IBM Power Systems (AIX/Solaris) to Azure/AWS.
- Experience with Skytap or similar emulation tools for Unix workloads.
- Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, and FISMA compliance standards.
