Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management:
    Draft, review, analyze, and manage a variety of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, vendor agreements, and customer contracts.

  • Business Analysis & Insights:
    Translate contract data into actionable business insights. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making and strategic planning.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    Work cross-functionally with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure contract terms meet business needs and compliance standards.

  • Process Optimization:
    Evaluate and improve contract workflows, approval processes, and documentation standards using business analysis tools and methodologies.

  • Risk Assessment:
    Identify and flag contractual risks, inconsistencies, and non-standard terms. Recommend mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Reporting & Metrics:
    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on contract status, performance, and compliance using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in contract analysis, contract administration, or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of contract law fundamentals and business operations.
  • Proficiency in contract management systems (e.g., Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Intelagree) and business intelligence tools.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce experience is a nice to have with DocuSign integration
