Job Details
Vortex Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP S/4 Change Management consultant with proven experience managing people, process, technology, training and transformational change.
Must have skills:
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) skills
- Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, communication, presentation, facilitation and analytical skills
- Capable of developing and managing excellent relationships at all levels within organizations.
- Possess deep understanding of the challenges, risks and knowhow to bring a SAP project to success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, deploy and support an effective a large Erp Change Management strategy
- Conduct a training needs assessment on what has already been deployed
- Develop training plan, communications plan, management engagement plan
- Identify training curriculum
- Collaborate, develop and delivery of training, project communications and other change activities.
- Track progress and communicate Change impacts on deployed solutions
