Job Description

  • Assist with a range of efforts to implement a company-wide communications project. Duties may include:
  • Writing and editing.
  • Strategic communications planning.
  • Creating and completing project tracking materials.
  • Working with internal departments to confirm details and gain approvals on content.
  • Supporting meeting planning and execution.
  • Conducting internal and web-based research about related subject matter.
  • Work with internal departments to help maintain corporate communications standards and adhere to the company s style guide.
  • Support other departmental activities as appropriate.
  • Looking for an organized communication specialist that is a strong writer that can meet deadlines.
  • Need someone who can think outside the box while following process.
  • Ideally 1-3+ years of experience who can write for multiple audiences in plain / simple language.
  • Large corporate experience would be a benefit! Open to industry.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in communications, public relations, English, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of related communications experience.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented and organized, works well under pressure, and must be able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Able to work collaboratively and successfully with people across a range of departments.
  • Skilled in Microsoft suite, including PowerPoint and Excel, and basic online tools.
