Marketing Coordinator Job Description
BBGSG is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who will support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, strategies, and initiatives. This role involves coordinating various marketing activities, managing projects, and ensuring that all marketing efforts align with the company's goals and brand image. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Campaign Coordination:
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and social media.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials and assets.
Content Creation:
Support the creation of marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
Social Media Management:
Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking performance metrics.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
Project Management:
Assist with marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with the Marketing and PR firm being utilized by the organization.

- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Understanding of content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
