Job Details
Senior Sales Solutions Engineer is a Product SME providing Solutions Design, Market Knowledge and technical expertise during the sales process to ensure that the client’s needs have been met and that the product is fully functioning according to specification. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strong problem-solving skills to tailor software and hardware solutions to the specific needs of healthcare providers. This role will work closely with clients, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing support of our solutions.

- You will play a critical role in supporting revenue growth for us
- You will support and build relationships with some of the largest payers, HIEs and providers in the country
- Have a minimum of 5 years of client facing solutions engineering or consulting experience with the healthcare space. This is required to be considered for the role.
- Have experience in a customer-facing role, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Have hands-on experience with healthcare systems such as EHRs, EMRs, PACS, and other clinical software.
- Are familiar with APIs, ANSI, X12, HL7, and FHIR. This is required to be considered for the role.
- Are comfortable presenting to all levels of an organization.
- Are experienced in sales, marketing, product management or solutions delivery of enterprise SaaS solution
- Have proven experience in a healthcare IT role.
- Are passionate about technology and how it can move business needs forward. You possess an aptitude in high performance business to business transactions, the key roles clinical data can play in the healthcare landscape and pursue a hunger to stay up to date with technology and the market you represent.
- Have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Can work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Are comfortable with traveling, potentially up to 20%.
- Work comfortably in a matrixed environment.

- You have experience working for a technology or solutions consulting firm.
- Collaborating with customers to understand their clinical needs and workflows.
- Designing and developing customized solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing healthcare systems (EHRs, EMRs, PACS, etc.).
- Providing technical expertise in the selection and configuration of software, hardware, and networking solutions.
- Conducting testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet regulatory standards.
- Working with clients to optimize solutions based on user feedback and evolving needs.
- Maintaining documentation for implemented solutions, including user manuals, technical guides, and support protocols.
- Acting as a liaison between healthcare providers, software developers, and IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Participating in product development discussions, providing insights based on expertise and client feedback.
- Assisting sales teams in the pre-sales phase by demonstrating the value of our solutions to potential clients.
- Providing post-sales support through product demonstrations
- Answering frequently asked questions, presentation follow-ups, etc.
- Participating in discovery calls with new prospects
- Creating sales slides
- Supporting sales trainers
