Infinite Solutions Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill the role of a Independent Project Oversight (IPO) Consultant
Mandatory skills
- At least ten years (10) years of full-time equivalent (FTE) experience in project management, of which three (3) years shall have been in a lead or management capacity (i.e., Project Manager, Manager, Director) on a completed or in-progress large-scale development and implementation project(s). A large-scale project is one with a budget of over twenty million dollars ($20M) and impacts over one-thousand (1,000) users.
- At least three (3) years of experience with a full lifecycle implementation (e.g., requirements analysis, fit-gap analysis, security, testing, production) of a large-scale, highly complex project(s) leveraging Commercially of the Shelf (COTS), cloud services, or custom developed solutions. Staff experience must have occurred within the last five (5) years.
- A Bachelor s degree from an accredited university
- Two (2) proposed consultants shall each have at least four (4) years of experience providing Independent Project Assessments. Staff experience must have occurred within the last five (5) years.
- Two (2) proposed consultants that are not the same as the two proposed consultants listed in MQ #3 shall each have at least two (2) years of experience providing Independent Project Assessments. Staff experience must have occurred within the last five (5) years.
- One (1) proposed Lead Consultant Project Manager with at least two (2) years of experience using the Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) and conducting Budget Change Proposal (BCP) review and analysis. Staff experience must have occurred within the last five (5) years.
Desirable skills
- At least five (5) years knowledge of State of California administrative processes, departments, and operations, including experience with the State Administrative Manual (SAM) and Statewide Information Management Manual (SIMM) pertaining to IT project
- At least three (3) years of experience with project costs and project financial analysis development and reporting.
- At least three (3) years of experience preparing clear, complete, and concise reports to represent and articulate the condition of a project.
- At least three (3) years of experience assessing large-scale ($20 million or more) full lifecycle project management and software development lifecycle activities
