Job Details
Requirements:
-
15 or more years of experience in Billing and SAP BRIM on implementation projects.
-
Proficiency in Order-to-Cash business processes and SAP FICA configuration.
-
Experience with SAP BRIM components including SOM, CI, CM, and CC.
-
Experience in high volume consumption-based billing and dunning methodologies.
-
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for enterprise system delivery.
-
Experience in Microsoft ADO Testing Module and automated test process design.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Lead workshops to gather requirements and document Order-to-Cash business processes.

Configure pricing, rating, and billing functions for SAP BRIM modules.

Develop Agile Product Backlogs, User Stories, and functional specifications.

Conduct System Integration Testing and support User Acceptance Testing cycles.

Provide functional support and defect resolution during post-go-live Hypercare.

Create service blueprints, test scenarios, and user readiness documentation.

Validate data migration and ensure accuracy of billing analysis.
