Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant (Fuel Accounting) to support financial operations and accounting processes related to fuel procurement, consumption, and inventory within the SAP ecosystem. The role requires strong functional expertise in SAP FI/CO, MM, and IS-Oil (if applicable), ensuring accurate recording, valuation, and reporting of fuel-related transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain SAP FI/MM modules for fuel purchase, usage, and reconciliation.
- Manage fuel cost postings, inventory valuation, and intercompany transactions.
- Support fuel accounting entries, tax calculations, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations teams for end-to-end fuel accounting integration.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot and support SAP S/4HANA processes related to fuel management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- 4 7 years of experience in SAP FI/CO or MM, with exposure to fuel or energy accounting.
- Experience with SAP IS-Oil, SAP S/4HANA, or Material Ledger preferred.
- Strong understanding of inventory valuation, cost accounting, and tax treatment for fuel.
