Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Management:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Work cross functionally.
  • Establish project teams, define roles and responsibilities, and create communication plans.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure the ERP system and/or Oracle Cloud meets organizational requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Budget and Resource Management:
  • Establish and manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on budget variances.
  • Allocate resources effectively, ensuring the project team is adequately staffed and trained.
Risk Management:
  • Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans.
  • Proactively address issues to keep the project on track.
System Implementation:
  • Oversee the configuration, testing, and deployment of the ERP system and/or Oracle Cloud.
  • Ensure data integrity and seamless integration with existing systems.
Training and Support:
  • Develop and deliver training programs for end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation experience required as a SME, PM, PGM, or consultant.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an ERP Project Manager, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
