Job Title: PTC Windchill PLM Architect / Senior Consultant
Location: Remote
Ø Lead implementation, customization, and integration of PTC Windchill across the enterprise.
Ø Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Ø Define Windchill data models, lifecycles, workflows, and version control strategies.
Ø Guide teams on Windchill upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
Ø Integrate Windchill with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), CAD tools (Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and third-party applications.
Ø Ensure adherence to PLM best practices, security policies, and compliance standards.
Ø Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and system administrators.
Ø Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Windchill infrastructure, performance, and integrations.
Ø Stay updated on the latest PTC Windchill features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
Ø Minimum 8 years of experience in PLM systems, with at least 5 years in PTC Windchill.
Ø Strong expertise in Windchill modules: PDMLink, MPMLink, ProjectLink, Parts & Documents.
Ø Proven experience in PLM solution architecture, implementation, and integrations.
Ø Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Ø Hands-on experience with CAD-PLM integrations and enterprise systems like ERP.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize enterprise-wide Windchill PLM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
